How do I create an account?

There are 2 ways to create an account: via the web or app:

A) Using the App

• Download the app via Google Play Store (for Android) or App Store (for IOS) 
• Sign up for an account by providing your name, contact number, email address and employer/access code
• Answer the Wellbeing Check questionnaire (1-2 minutes)

B) Using the Web

• Visit https://app.uprise.co/sign-up and create an account by providing the information mentioned above
